ness: 4.2% abv – The iconic dry Irish stout. - Boddingtons:4.7% abv – Delicious and very unique. Slightly sweet, caramel, great amount of spice, nutty, malty and crisp.
- Old Rasputin: 9.0% abv – Creamy layers of malt balls and coffee wrapped in an earthy wet blanket of flavor. Waves of creamy coffee with a slightly watery middle, and light balance of hopor roasted malt bitterness in the finish.
- Duchesse De Bourgogne: 6.2% abv – Surprisingly sweet and sugary, reminiscent of a cider with a touch of metallic notes that linger. Some bready malts also linger on the palette.
- Pacifico: 4.8% abv – Boiled corn and slight sweetness with hop presence to balance. Clean finish due mostly to high carbonation and a bit of lingering hop.
- Hop Ruiter: 8.0% abv – Grapefruit, lemons with a whisper of funk up & boozey pineapple front. Grapefruit & a touch of grassyness as this warms along with a little white grape, mild pineapple that turns bolder slightly acidic once warm. Finishes tropical with bready & grainy & with a kiss of funk.
- Modern Monks Chocolate Stout: ???% abv – Yummy!
- Saison Sabdariffa: 5.2% abv – In addition to the usual Hop flowers, Saison Sabdariffa is also spiced with a significant amount of Hibiscus Sabdariffa flowers and Rose Hips.
- 1554: 5.6% abv – Slight hop taste but overall it is mostly chocolate and kinda taste like bisquits or bread.
- Blue Star: 4.5% abv- Flavor is crisp and clean. Nicely balanced. A little bit sweet, a little bit tart and just a twinge of hops
- Hoegaarden: 4.9% abv – the lemons pop through along with orange and wheat. Very smooth and fresh tasting. A clean, solid finish
- Big Eddy Wee Heavy Scotch Ale: 9.5% abv – Peated Scotch, Smoked Oak, Burnt Malts, Caramel, Figs, Yeasts, Plums and it’s still got a slight boozy kick to it. It’s got a fairly nice complex flavor and it’s also surprisingly smokey, which one would not expect from this style!
- Hop Head Red: 7.0% abv – Grapefruit in the front with some bready malt mid-palate giving way to a slightly bitter finish. Nice balance between the hops and malt.
- Matilda: 7% abv – Belgian yeast and peppers that are very spicy up front. A sweet dose of fruits follow. Some citrus pineapple, orange, peach and pear with some hints of honey, plums bananas, and clove. A moderate presence of malts back things up. Fruits are very noticeable but the yeast is the strongest element here
- Upstream Dopplestike: 9.4% abv – Caramel, malt, bread flavors with a marked sweetness.
- Tank 7: 8% abv – Fruit sweetness with some alcohol. Spicy white pepper, lemongrass, grapefruit and lemon rind, herbal hop bitterness, grassy, estery with grainy malt.

Hop God:9% abv - Very Belgian in a very big way. Lots of honey, yeast and candy sugar. The hops are more prominent than you’d think from the aroma.
