First Ever Beer/Food Pairing at Jake’s Omaha

Once again, my friends, we venture into uncharted woods. Wednesday, Feb. 8th, Jake’s Omaha is doing, for the first time, a real-deal food and beer pairing.

On the beer side, we’ve got Adam from Squatters Brewing. Squatters in new to Omaha, but rising quickly. Maybe you’ve tried a Full Suspension Pale Ale? You’d remember. Check out, on tap, the multiple GABF Gold-Medal winning Squatters IPA, Wasatch White Label Wit, the infamous Polygamy Porter and a very special offering of Devastator Dopplebock aged in Port-wine casks.

On the food side, Benson’s (soon-to-be) newest restaurant Lot 2 is stepping up. We went to the Lot 2 folks, asking about a junk food pairing. Quickly, we realized that this name will not do. So, lets call this the best damn beer & food pairing you’ve ever been to.
